1. About these Terms

These general terms apply to all products and services offered by The WMWM, including life coaching, business services, digital products, PLR content and consults. By placing an order or starting a coaching journey, you agree to these terms. Package pricing is listed in the shop. Consult prices are mentioned separately here.

2. Life & Business Coaching

Coaching is a shared journey. At The WMWM, we only work with clients when we genuinely believe we can support their transformation. Your motivation matters. We offer standalone 30-minute consults for €55. Full coaching programs and packages are tailored to your needs — see the “Work With Me” page for more.

 

3. Digital Products (Canva templates, tools & guides)

Our digital products are available instantly after purchase. Easy and smooth. Be sure to check your inbox (and spam folder) after payment; that’s where your download link will be. Want a product in an editable version that wasn’t originally offered as PLR? Send us an email. This is considered custom work and comes with a different price than standard PLR. Contact us at hello@thewmwm.com.

 

4. PLR-products:  Whats allowed?

Products clearly marked as PLR (Private Label Rights) may be customized, resold and used under your own name. If you’re interested in converting a non-PLR product into a PLR version, that’s custom work — a separate fee applies based on your needs. Email us at hello@thewmwm.com to discuss the options.

5. Revisions & Customization

Most templates or services include one or two revision rounds, depending on the package. Want us to fill in or personalize your Canva template for you? No problem; a small extra fee applies. This is always listed clearly with each product.

6. Payments & Invoicing

We accept payments via iDeal or bank transfer. For coaching consults or sessions: 50% is due upon booking and the remaining 50% is due at least one hour before the session starts. For business clients, we offer invoicing with a 7-day payment term (unless agreed otherwise).

7. Contact & Support

8. Not every offer is for everyone

Not all services are available to all customers. The WMWM reserves the right to decline a product or coaching request if we believe it’s not the right fit — nothing personal. We focus on making meaningful impact, not just making sales.

9. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content, templates, tools, and texts are the intellectual property of The WMWM. You may not copy, reuse, or resell them unless explicitly stated (e.g., PLR products).

10. Complaints, Cancellations & Refunds

Digital products are non-refundable. Coaching sessions or services can only be cancelled in mutual agreement. If something’s not right, contact us within 5 days of receiving the product or service. We take all feedback seriously and will do our best to find a solution.​
